A lawyer with a doctorate in Criminal Law, he has worked across legal advisory, KPMG compliance consulting in Milan, banking, fintech and regulated financial services in Spain and Luxembourg, including executive responsibility as managing director of a CSSF-regulated payment institution. His method combines legal discipline with operator judgment: understand the rules, test the evidence, structure the decision and keep the process controlled.
