An Irish-Chinese operator based in Luxembourg, he has worked across computer science, payments and compliance-sensitive international environments, including senior compliance leadership in a Chinese payments group. His systems-oriented view tests incentives, dependencies, process weak points and cultural assumptions before they become execution risk.
